“AlphaGraphics Sunnyvale bought its first rigid material printer, the HP Scitex 550, and we needed to install it and learn how to use it. Raviv arrived as planned and quickly met all the team members, and before long he began the unpacking of the various boxes and began the setup process. He was instrumental in determine the final location of the equipment in our shop. This was key as we had no experience printing directly on hard surfaces.On day 2, the equipment and software were up and running. Raviv’s casual
approach was great to put my team at ease as they learned so many things. Raviv built trust and everyone was at their best.We learned the basics and then Raviv moved to provide advise on how to maximize output and deliver great prints with lower cost. Ideas such as when to print multiple pieces before final cut or feeding pieces already precut, to what setting provides the best value for the final use.We had the press for almost a year now and we have generated great value from it.
