Over the last two years, some OEM UV inks have been causing print quality issues on Flatbed printers – (over-spray, missing nozzles, and ink starvation). Where it might look
like a printhead replacement is needed, it is actually a BAD INK PROBLEM!

You can prove this simply by following this  3-step process:

1) Printing a “Prime Bar Test” on a smooth media (foamboard)
2) Compare the test to the photos below
3) Replace your ink with our Bordeaux ink to restore the head performance and print a new “Prime Bar Test”

We have good, affordable ink for many other printers: Mimaki, Roland, Mutoh, Epson, HP Flatbeds, HP Latex (260’s and 300’s series), UV, Solvent, Latex, and water-base Die sub.
All our inks are Mix & Match, so no flashing or converting is necessary, and you can replace one at the time. All backed by our full warranty and support.
